Everything Set makes a cybersecurity monitoring device to detect unwanted traffic on home networks. They approached Guacamole Airplane to develop a custom ecommerce packaging set. Our engagement spanned design, prototyping, manufacturing sourcing & supervision.
Through radically reducing the size of the packaging, our final design minimized both shipping costs and carbon footprint in transport.
The Challenge:
Create an unboxing experience with intellectual elegance, no frills or flashy coatings, just clever and intentional use of simple materials.
The Results:
Simple but elegant construction. Primary device, cables, and charger are protected in the smallest volume possible.

Hammerhead approached Guacamole Airplane to reimagine the structural packaging for their newest product, the Karoo 2, a handlebar-mounted smart GPS unit. Specifically Hammerhead was looking to avoid non-recyclable EVA foams, and create a high-touch unboxing experience.
